Meet Maggie and Morgan, the husband-and-wife team behind Gallione Construction, based in Jefferson, Maine, where they live with their three children. From an early age, Morgan had a passion for building and a strong work ethic that carried into adulthood. His love for construction and drive to continually grow in the field inspired him to create a business where customers wouldn’t have to juggle multiple contractors—he wanted a smoother, more reliable experience, and he made it happen.
Maggie is often the first person clients speak with. She’s the friendly face who begins the relationship and remains a constant support throughout the entire building process. When she’s not working with the business, Maggie is busy caring for others as a local emergency room nurse and substitute school nurse—or tending to their beautiful flower beds.
As a proud, family-owned business in a small town, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. You’ll find our name on the backs of our kids’ school soccer jerseys, in the local high school’s congratulatory pages, and even in school playbooks. We may be from a small town, but we’re building big things—one project at a time.
